Wymagania:
- biegła znajomość języka polskiego jest niezbędna,
- podobnie jak doświadczenie w dziale obsługi klienta lub call center,
- dobry poziom języka angielskiego,
- ukraiński lub rosyjski niezbędny,
- doświadczenie w księgowości, płacach i HR będzie plusem
Obowiązki:
- odbieranie telefonów i odpisywanie na maile naszych użytkowników,
- obsługa czatu na żywo,
- kontakt telefoniczny z naszymi użytkownikami i zbieranie od nich opinii
To oferujemy:
- Przedział wynagrodzenia: 5-7k PLN
- 30 dni urlopu
- Umowa: B2B
- Praca w pełni zdalna

We are looking for an experienced and energetic individual to join our customer support team. If you love working with people and are a problem solver, we would love to have you on our team!

Requirements:
- Fluency in Polish is a must
- As is experienced in working in a call center or customer support environment :)
- Good level of English
- Ukrainian or Russian is a must
- Experience in accounting, payroll, and HR is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and replying to our users' emails
- Live chat support
- Telephone contact with our users to collect feedback
What we offer:
- Salary range: 5-7k PLN
- 30 days of leave per year
- Contract: B2B

Appjobs Work users also get incentives by completing quests in exchange for increased loyalty to specific platforms.
Unveel helps businesses get real-time income and work history data for any user in a single click. Workers can own and leverage their data to access services and get more favourable offers.
