This time we’re looking for a new Appjobber to join our Partner Growth Team!
We are looking for an experienced sales specialist who has the passion and skills to manage business opportunities and initiate contracts with new partners from around the world.

Who You Are
:
- Advanced command of written and spoken English
- Used to working with targets (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.) and exceeding them over 100% for at least a couple of quarters
- At least 3 years of sales experience in a similar position (B2B)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities
- A proactive approach to learning and improving sales processes
- Preferably have experience in one of the following industries: HR tech, SaaS, IT Software.
What You’ll Do:
- Seek new partnerships for our new (and cool!) products
- research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services
- foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
- understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
- think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
- work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
- have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them
- attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate
- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world
- focus on longterm partnerships and relationship management with the goal of building upon existing deals
- Ability to sell complex technical products and ideas in a not so technical way
- Ability to apply prescriptive sales technique with the goal of aligning the customer's needs with AJ offerings
